Customer Hub Webinar Training

We will be hosting 6 webinar training sessions to bring you up to speed on the Customer Hub and give you training on the new updates.

No travelling is required as the training is completed from the computer and also phone at your branch. Over the last couple of months we have several updates to the Hub and if you either require training or simply a recap, please ensure you attend one of the training sessions. This is not just specific for branch managers, Area Managers are also encouraged to dial in.

We have made some important updates and changes to the Customer Hub as of December 2017. The following Updates have been made:

  1. What is a Focus Customer – customers that we have a strong chance of growing sales and margin.

  2. The New Customer Grid – a new action based grid saving BM’s time!

  3. Customer Opportunity - potential revenue and GP £ opportunity with focus customers.

  4. Focus Customer By Specialism - showing customer specialisms and star rating.

  5. Branch Owned and Sales Owned Account - Branch and sales accounts now visible on the hub. Look for the red branch owned account logo -

  6. Re-Statemented account - Any customers re-statemented to your branch.
