Customer Hub – One Till Changes

Following the move to One Till, we are pleased to announce that the Customer Hub has now been rolled out to all branches in the Wolseley network (PPDPC) and has been updated to show all customers (PPDPC) and their total Wolseley spend (PPDPC).

What does this mean:

  • If you are a PPD branch (and are not part of a One-till merge with another branch) you can continue to login with your normal CH login

  • If you are a PC branch, (and are not part of a One-till merge with another branch), a new Customer Hub branch login will be sent to the branch email address in the coming days along with a user guide explaining how to use the Hub.

  • If you are a branch that is part of a One-till merger:

    • Merged branches that will have a PPD branch code moving forward will still be able to login using this branch login. Customers from merging branches will be added to the Customer Hub under the PPD branch code.

    • Merged branches that will have a PC branch code moving forward will have a new Customer Hub login sent to the branch email address in the coming days along with a user guide explaining how to use the Hub.
